Vacancy for a Night Shelter Coordinator
Thrive Together Birmingham is seeking to recruit a Night Shelter Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of the Birmingham Churches Winter Night Shelter Project.
The Birmingham Churches Winter Night Shelter is an annual project run by churches and organisations across the city working together to provide overnight accommodation, food and support to homeless men during the coldest winter months.
It is a collaborative project that involves host venues, churches, volunteers, minibuses, and specialist homeless support organisations who work together to provide the shelter. This project needs at its core a competent coordinator to organise the delivery and manage the complex set or relationships that make this provision possible.
Vacancy for a part time Fundraiser at Hope Projects
Hope Projects seek a motivated self-starter, with a passion for social justice and refugee rights to help grow our annual donated income from £25K to £50K, over the next 12 months. This part-time role (15 hours per week to be worked flexibly)) will strengthen the support that we give to homeless destitute asylum seekers across the West Midlands.
12 month fixed contract, with potential to be extended, based on success at achieving income targets.

Vacancy for a Project Manager
This post will be based at St Chads Sanctuary, Birmingham City Centre, West Midlands.
37 Hours per week
Salary, SCP 32 – 35 (£29,213 - £31,555) per annum
St. Chad’s Sanctuary provides welcome, friendship and practical support for asylum seekers and refugees in need. Established in 2010, the project has a large team of dedicated volunteers, and some sessional staff, and supports large numbers of asylum seekers and refugees daily from its base in Central Birmingham.
Vacancy for a Part-Time Weekend Caretaker
Carrs Lane Conference Centre ltd is looking for a highly motivated person to join its caretaking team as:
Weekend Caretaker 16hr per Week 7:30am - 5:30pm Saturday and 9:00am - 3:00pm Sunday.
The post holder will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the centre alongside welcoming visitors to the conference centre and the church. You will also be responsible for 1 member of staff.
