Introduction
A lectionary, if you're new to the term, is simply a pattern of readings from the bible. In Methodism we are on a three year pattern which takes us through the whole bible in that time, with one set of readings each week. This allows us to read all of the bible and make sure that we are learning from all of it rather than just from our 'favourite passages' and allows us to ensure that we appreciate and digest the whole thing.
The readings below are for the upcoming months. If you are new to the Christian faith and don't have a bible, do drop into one of our churches on a Sunday morning and we'll help you get hold of one.
