Hidden Treasure Inner life and Solidarity
Hidden Treasure, organised by the Taize Community, an ecumenical community based in southern France, together with the churches here in Birmingham, will be an opportunity for young adults (aged 16-35) to come together, to share experiences, to explore and celebrate gestures
Participants will stay with local hosts in different neighbourhoods throughout the city where they will join in
prayer and meeting. In the afternoons and evenings everyone will come together in the city centre, for shared meals, workshops and prayers.
Churches and individuals in host communities are already beginning to prepare a welcome for those who will
come to our city. At the moment, two young volunteers from the Taize community, Anne Christin and Daniela, are visiting many of these churches and communities.
Whether you already love Taize or have never even heard of it, we really hope that you will get involved!
