A Jolly Goodbye Event for Ken Evans our Property Officer
It was with sadness that we said goodbye to our Property Officer, Ken Evans, on the 22nd of June. He left with many good wishes and gifts, including a painting by our colleague and friend, Eddy Aigbe.

A Fond Farewell
Although a sad event for us, it was also a time of great joy as well as we sent Ken off to retirement and to spend more time fishing. It was this subject which inspired Eddy Aigbe's painting, a gift from the painter to his friend and colleague, the full image of which you can see below.
Self professed to be a great talker, it was lovely to hear of Ken's travel plans at length and wonderful time to spend with him. He was thanked formally for all his hard work in our circuit by our Superintendent, Reverend Helen Jobling. We wish Ken all the best in retirement and offer him our blessings on his travels.
