Following last years successful Church Stewards Gathering, at which we saw more than fifty of our Church Stewards, Birmingham Methodist Circuit will be running another gathering as we seek to make it an annual pattern. This year we are meeting on Saturday 6^th July 2019 and again it will be at The Church at Carrs Lane. The day will be split into three parts.

• Firstly, a morning session repeating last years session exploring the role and purpose of church stewards. This will start at 10 am and will be led by current church stewards in our circuit. If you are a church steward who came last year then there is no need to attend again, space for those new stewards or people who couldn’t make it last time would be appreciated. This session will finish at 12:45pm.
• Secondly, a bring and share lunch. Whether you’re coming to the morning, the afternoon, or both, we’d love you to join us for lunch at 1pm.
• Thirdly, an afternoon session where we will be developing our knowledge of own arrangements. Everyone is invited to this new session which will be led by Reverend Anthony Reddie, a member of our Discipleship, Ministries and Learning Network and former lecturer. This will begin at 1:45pm and finish at 4:00pm.
